  6. Why can’t I click on all the areas on the map? I only seem to be able to view the Wet tropical zone.
    • For this release of the website we have only completed the Wet tropical zone. Other zones and more games will be added in 2007.

  7. How do I turn the sound off?
    • Sound is only present in the games and the panoramas. On each of these there is an icon with a small speaker on it (see screen images below). Click this to toggle between sound on and off. The default is to have sound on. Your preference will be retained throughout your visit, so if you turn sound off on a particular game, the sound will remain off if you then go to a panorama.

  8. Can I print out the information within the virtual glasshouse on my printer?
    • Yes. We have made all the information available for printing. You can print any of the web pages using the print facility in your browser (on Internet Explorer for PC you may have go into your Internet Options under the Tools menu and choose the Advanced tab – there is checkbox here which enables you to toggle the printing of background images on or off).
    • Within games we have provided a special print button located at the foot of the game window which will print the screen as it is shown. This works for pop-up information panels too.
